DEREK LEE NIXON
Derek Lee Nixon is a multi-award-winning actor, producer, and the founder of Aristar Entertainment. Starting his career in front of the camera at the young age of 8, Nixon has since starred in notable films such as Mary-Kate and Ashley’s When In Rome, Boneboys, The Jerk Theory, and many more.​​
​With a prolific career in production, Nixon has produced 17 feature films that span a wide range of genres and platforms globally. His works have been showcased in diverse formats, from 1000-screen theatrical releases to DVD, streaming, and made-for-TV movies.​
​Nixon's recent projects include Dolphin Island, released in 2021 via SONY/Pureflix, and Lionsgate’s 2022 release of Jurassic Tale, a dinosaur family comedy and Saving Bimini currently in post production.
Nixon has been a guest speaker at prestigious events like AFM and SXSW, and he is set to serve on the Board of the University of the Bahamas Film Program in 2024.
Among the films Nixon has produced are Hallettsville, Schizophrenic Love Story, The Lights, Heaven’s War, Supernatural Activity, Outrage, Wolf, The Walking Deceased, Dead Awake, and Round of Your Life. In 2016-17, he shifted his focus to family content, aiming to deliver messages of strength and inspiration to children. This shift led to the production of Dolphin Kick, which premiered on Netflix and topped the streaming charts in North America multiple times. Round of Your Life premiered on Showtime in November 2019.

Let’s simplify this with ("CRFLM"). The everyday crypto enthusiast can join the movement, regardless of financial status, connections, networking, or the "Who you know". Shifting the transfer of wealth to the masses and following each project (Film) from Development to Distribution and Release.
The CRFLM concept was created by Derek Lee Nixon, a multi award winning feature film producer with Aristar Films. Nixon has amassed over $700M in feature films to date, from films released by Warner Bros, Sony, Lionsgate, A24... CRFLM offers the first decentralized platform for producing feature films, public ownership of the Tokens and facilitates trade within the film industry. Token holders have the ability to register with the platform to vote on each of the films/projects to be produced, in addition, we will accept project submissions, concepts and stories from our Members/Holders for potential development. Each of the projects will be pre-approved by qualified buyers/distributors prior to development. CRFLM will development, produce and release 2 to 3 feature films per year. The tokenization structure’s unique feature of taking revenue from the Film sales, and "burning" tokens ("burning" is transferring tokens to a null wallet, removing the tokens from circulation.
INTRODUCTION:
Thank you for taking the time to look into the Future of Film. From record breaking micro budget 1998’s Blair Witch Project at $35,000.00 all the way to pocket shredding 2015 Star Wars: The Force Awakens at $447,000,000. Film Production and Distribution will always require Capital. A production entity will develop a script, hire a writer based on a concept, and develop/acquire the financing to make the Picture. Studio’s do not finance films contrary to popular belief, they have a rolodex of high net worth individual who they call on to finance the Picture. . Every movie released each year was financed by People.

Investing in film is not sending $500, in most instances when putting a PPM (Private Placement Memorandum) together, the film may only accept "Accredited" or “Sophisticated Investors.
